Applicant is advised to apply for issue of PCC well ahead of time as issue of PCC would only be done after due police verification. To apply for a PCC, you need to submit the following:
- Duly filled and printed online application form (https://embassy.passportindia.gov.in/) with two ink signatures (first page below the photo and last page in signature box). Please mention the correct Indian address for police verification purpose.

- Self-attested copies of first and last page of your current passport
- Self-attested copies of your residence permit (both sides)
- If your address is different from that of your passport, you are required to submit self-attested additional document as proof of residence in India.
