Indian e-Visa service has been restored for nationals of eligible countries. The list of countries is available at e-Visa website. The application for e-Visa is online and Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) will be sent to the applicant’s email. Applicants are not required to visit the Embassy.

Steps to be followed:

2. Eligible applicants may apply online for following categories of visa through e-visa:

1. e-Tourist Visa

2. e-Business Visa

3. e-Conference Visa

4. e-Medical Visa

5. e-Medical Attendant Visa

6. e-Ayush Visa

7. e-Ayush Attendant Visa

8. e-Student Visa

9. e-Student Dependent Visa

3. Pay e-Visa fee online (using Credit/Debit Card/Payment wallet)

4. Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) will be sent to applicant’s email.

5. Print ETA and present at Immigration Check Post where e-Visa will be stamped on passport

Note: The application for e-Visa must be filled in completely and the payment be made at least 4 days before the expected date of journey. e-Visa applications are being processed in India. Applicants may apply for Regular/Paper Visa through the Embassy in case visa type is not mentioned above.
